iVAC2L is a percutaneous ventricular assist device (pVAD) designed to provide natural pulsatile circulatory support during high-risk percutaneous coronary interventions and in patients with impaired left ventricular function. Using a transfemoral approach, the iVAC2L delivers up to 2.0 L/min of additional diastolic flow, improving coronary and end-organ perfusion while preserving native cardiac function.

The system features a single-lumen, bi-directional 17 Fr catheter integrated with a membrane pump and is fully compatible with standard intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) consoles. Easy to operate and time-efficient, the iVAC2L offers an effective, cost-efficient solution for temporary mechanical circulatory support without the need for dedicated hardware, making it well suited for protected PCI and emergency settings

VADOplex is an intermittent impulse compression system designed for effective prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and management of lower limb oedema. Using clinically proven vascular impulse technology, VADOplex mimics the natural venous pump action created during walking, significantly improving venous return without the bleeding risks associated with pharmacological prophylaxis.

Safe, fast, and easy to apply, VADOplex can be used pre- and post-operatively, including in patients with casts or reduced mobility. With strong clinical evidence supporting its efficacy and cost efficiency, VADOplex offers a reliable, low-risk solution for DVT prevention and swelling reduction in orthopaedic and acute care settings
